1971 Bonded Jim Beam Decanter-Cobalt

$35.00

  • Details
Jim Beam, one of America’s oldest and most iconic bourbon brands, ventured into the decanter market in the mid-20th century. The first Jim Beam decanters were introduced in 1955 by the Beam Company and were produced in ceramic stoneware by Regal China until 1992. These decanters were initially designed not only for their aesthetic appeal but also for their functional purpose of storing bourbon. Their unique shapes and detailed designs quickly made them collector’s items.
But these cut glass bottles that Beam used were made by Jim Beam Distillery themselves. Beam for many years produced their glass in Kentucky for their bottling needs. They employed some of the best cut glass designers to invent patterns that would make Beam's bottles more appealing than rival distilleries.
Jim Beam Decanters are more than just containers for bourbon; they are a piece of American history and craftsmanship.

MemoryLaneVintiques has been collecting ceramic stoneware and glass decanters for years. We have purchased some Beam decanters that have been made from the late 1960's to the early 1980's. Please enjoy!
